Lake Kandle “Lake Sharks” swim team
Swim Team: ages 5-18
We’re excited to announce that the charter season for our Swim Team begins April 27th with registration. Might your family be the historical first family to sign up?
Regardless, history will be made all season long, as nearly every race at home will likely feature a new record set or a new record broken by one of our Lake Sharks. Your child could be a record holder!

COACHES:
HEAD COACH: STEVE SKINNER
Coach Skinner started working at Lake Kandle in the summer of 2000 and
served 12 seasons as our manager. He understands our commitment to our
members and that everything we do here is about providing a fun,
family oriented atmosphere.
Steve Skinner is also a very experienced and talented coach. For the
last 12 years, he has been head coach of Clearview Regional High
School’s Swim Team. During that span, Clearview has grown into one of
South Jersey’s top teams, making the playoffs 12 years in a row. Under
his tutelage, his swimmers have broken the majority of school records
and two of his swimmers have become state champions.
Assistant Head Coaches:
Kristy Hill
Kelly Gallagher
Intern Coaches:
Marissa Moskalow
Jessica Shannon
Attendance:
All absences are excused if accompanied by a note from the parent. Summer is about fun, and we understand that families have other obligations and take vacations. If you are away on vacation for the week, but will be able to make the meet, make sure you inform Coach Skinner after Friday’s practice that your child will be able to swim.
If something comes up before the meet and you are unable to attend, please get ahold of Coach Skinner immediately, so that he can adjust his swim meet roster. There would be nothing worse than to tell 3 other kids that they can’t swim in the relay because your child was a no-show.
